21 year old Morgan mare; "Sasha" She is broke to ride and has a ton of spirit for her age. She needs an intermediate to experienced rider. She loves to be ridden and is good on the trails. She has been registerd but I never received papers for her. She was primarilly used for breeding. Sasha is a very easy keeper. She trails, loads, and shoes wonderfully. I really would like to see her in a home with enough room for her to have some freedom to roam and be loved. She is great with dogs, ATV's. snowmobiles, etc. TO A GOOD HOME ONLY! Westover Carabou Hill, 14.3H chestnut gelding. Hank is a Registered 1998, healthy Morgan gelding. Very athletic, agile and smart! Intermediate rider. 14.3hh. Side pass, lead change, leg cues, can ride with just a halter around neck. Has had a lot of arena work. Load him up and take him to the trails. He is able to be pastured without consistent riding. White Pine Kipper (Easthill Legacy X Foxtail's Misstinda) May 2007, 14.2H chestnut gelding. Kipper is a flaxen chestnut colt who is quiet and sensible. He is intelligent and tries hard to do anything we ask. He was broke to ride last year and we rode in him the mountains of North Idaho for much of the summer. He has a wonderful ground covering walk and a great mind. The only reason he is for sale is because he is a gelding and we are a breeding farm. He has excellent legs and feet with a cute head. He leads, loads, and ties. He has received regular vet and farrier care. Picture was taken last year when he was three. His lines are slow to mature so he will fill out more as he ages. This great mare is LJF Hello Dolly, 15.1h, 11 yr. old, chestnut. She is sired by Salem St. James ( Entertainer x Elizabeth R) and out of Salem Au Poivre ( Trijahs Mr Pepperlect x Paramount Only Me). She does not carry any Nocturne in her breeding. Dolly was suppose to be my breeding mare, but the slow down of the economy has stiffled that, so she started her training first of the year. She took to training like a duck to water. She is pretty solid now and needs some perfecting at the canter, lope. She is a very relaxed horse to ride, sensitive to cues, willing partner. Has good lateral movement, good extentions, for dressage. Is learning how to shorten her stride for western and is coming right along. She handles all her training with a calm and relaxed attitude. No bad habits. Nice mare to ride when in heat. Dolly has super feet, legs, shorter back, good wither, long neck. She is shown here barefoot, She has been hauled out to a show to hang out and ride around, and she has been out on he trails. Handles everything well. Hazelrun Mighty Miss (NR Mighty Mouse X RS MTN Cheyenne Countess) 14H, 4 year old bay mare. Little Miss is an unregistered full Morgan mare. She is small but has a great temperment for a kids horse. She was the model for our "parts of the horse" quiz during our Kids camps and our Boys and Girls Club field trips. She is a nice forward moving mare who is willing and eager to learn. She has a very sweet, inquisitive nature and absolutely loves people. She is one of the very first horses to greet you as you enter the field and likes to keep tabs on what is going on. She is always a favorite with visitors for her loving, calm attitude. She has had 4 rides under saddle. After she is going more solidly, I am going to explore her jumping potential. Jay is a perfect gentleman, loves people and he acts like a gelding with parts. Health forces downsizing of our breeding operation so Jay is for sale to a Morgan breeding home with broodmares so he can stay a stallion. This is Jay pictured in the head shot left with four of his foals on the right. The second photo is one of his foals, Max. Jay is trained to ride. He also does AI or live cover when breeding if you want to breed more mares long distance. He has mostly foundation lines out of Canada and wonderful papers. Jay is a very mellow stallion who is easy to be around, handle, breed or train. He greets everyone who comes to visit here. This horse loads and hauls, trims, stalls fine or can be in a paddock or pasture too, stands quietly at hitching post, touch anywhere, etc. All of Jay's foals have that same mellow temperament as their sire as well as lovely conformation and great brains that are very easy to train. If he is not sold to a breeding home then Jay will remain here as my riding horse and gelded, but that would be quite a shame to geld this stallion because he has such lovely babies. Hazelrun Spring Thunder (RC Spring Fever X Sandrock Bridget) Thunder is a brown yearling, half Lippitt gelding. I expect him to mature at about 14 hands. He is maturing nicely through his awkward yearling year and is becoming quite typey with a very pretty face. Thunder loves people and you can do just about anything with him or around him. He finds complete security in humans. He could make a nice driving pony, pony club horse, or a 4-H project. Thunder leads, ties, stands for the farrier, and clips.
