From Spokane:
Traveling east on I-90, take the Millwood exit (#287) and get in the center lane at the 3 lights. Turn right (south) on Argonne
(one-way south), and immediately get in the far-left lane. Go 1/2 block to the first traffic light, turn left (east ) on Mission.
Cross Mullan (one-way north). Pass Splashdown Water Slide and Park. Turn left on Bowdish by the old Senior Citizens' Center
and go down the hill to Valley Mission Arena entrance
From Coeur d'Alene: Take the Pines Exit (#289) south, turn right (west) on Mission
at the traffic light at the top of the hill. Turn right (north) on Bowdish by the old Senior Citizens Center. GROUNDS

Awards for all classes will be announced and presented while the following class is underway.
GENERAL RULES
AGE. The age of an individual on Dec. 1, 2006
is maintained the entire year. For show purposes, a horse becomes one year old Jan. 1 following foaling date.
AMATEUR.
To enter classes for Amateurs,
current USEF or WSH Amateur certification is required or apply prior to the class. WSH Fees: Non-Member $15; Member non-Awards
participant $12; Members participating in Award (2 min.) Free.
AWARDS.
Each show: 1st Award of winner’s choice and Place awards to 1st
through 5th place.
CAMPER
PARKING on the grounds.
Electricity not available. No parking inside the barn area. Parking permitted on south side of arena, but horses are not
allowed on the hill.
CHANGES.
Show Management may combine/cancel
unfilled classes; accept entries for unfilled classes at regular fee; divide classes as entries warrant. Exhibitors will be
advised.
CONDUCT. Show Committee reserves the right to refuse
any entry of an exhibitor or the participation of an agent, trainer, rider, or driver who has shown an objectionable attitude
toward a Recognized Show or previous un-sportsman like behavior at a Recognized Show or to its Management.
DOGS
NOT permitted to run loose
or left unattended unless confined inside a vehicle.
ENTRIES must be in writing, signed by owner/authorized
agent, and accompanied by proper fees. Parent/Guardian must sign the entry of a junior exhibitor. WSH imposes a $50 fine on
an exhibitor who fails to sign the entry form.
ENTRY
CLOSING DATE is FridaySep.
15, 2007. Entreis bearing a later postmark may be charged the $10 post entry fee.

There are fifteen useable
box stalls on the east and north sides. Preference given to out of town entries who show both days. Overflow stabling will
be arranged at private barns in the area if available.
WSH Non-Member Registration
Fee $6.00 per exhibitor (dual show)
CHECKS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON INCUR A $35 SERVICE CHARGE and future entries will be by money order or cash only; personal checks will not be accepted from
these exhibitors.
GATE
HOLDS are limited to horses/riders
in consecutive classes, and shall not exceed three minutes.
JUNIOR
EXHIBITORS (17 YEARS & UNDER) may not show a stallion, however, a Junior 16-17 years may show a weanling or yearling colt.
LOSS AND INJURY. The Knights of Santiago,
its members, members of the Show Committee, and their Associates will not be responsible for any loss or damage or injury
to horses exhibited, or for any article of any kind that may be lost or destroyed, or in any way injured. Each exhibitor will
be responsible for any injury that may be occasioned to any person, whomsoever, by any horses owned or exhibited by him and
shall indemnify the Knights of Santiago, its members, members of the Show Committee, and their Associates against all claims
and demands of any kind or nature that may grow out of injury occasioned by any horses owned or exhibited by him, or arise
from the negligence of the person in charge of any such horse. The owner, rider/driver and any of their agents or representatives
acknowledge that they participate voluntarily in the competition fully aware that horse sports and the competition involve
inherent dangerous risk, and by participating they expressly assume any and all risks of injury or loss, and they agree to
hold the competition and its officials, directors, employees and agents harmless for any injury or loss suffered during or
in connection with the competition, whether or not such injury or loss resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligent
acts or omissions of said officials, directors, employees or agents. All horses exhibited will be entirely at the owner’s
risk. Submitting entry shall constitute acceptance by the owner and exhibitor of all provisions as set forth herein. The Knights
of Santiago, its members, members of the Show Committee, and their Associates cannot be held liable for loss or injury to
the person or property of any visitor, guest, or spectator.
NUMBERS.
Exhibitors must be in the ring suitably attired, with correct number clearly visible to the judge at all times. Drivers
may display number on the vehicle. WSH permanent numbers are encouraged if currently signed up for year end awards.
POST
ENTRIES must be made before
the preceding class enters the ring. Post entry at regular fee for horses pre-entered in a minimum of four classes. Horses pre-entered in fewer then four classes will be charged a one time $10 Post
Entry Fee in addition to class entry fees. OPEN CHECKS FOR POST ENTRIES accepted
as a courtesy so exhibitors can write one check, however classes once entered are charged. Scratches are not deducted from
the amount owing.
PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. Juniors
in Hunter Seat Equitation must wear protective headgear passing ASTM standards, with harness in place.
PROTESTS. For proper procedure, consult Show Steward
or current WSH Rule Book.
REFUND
OF ENTRY FEES (less an
office fee of $15 or 10% of the entry fee, whichever is greater) will be made on receipt of a Veterinarian’s Certificate
specifying the exact nature of the disability, accompanied by the Veterinarian's bill for treatment and presented
prior to the horse’s first class. Refund checks will be mailed unless applied towards a new entry.
REGISTRY
NUMBER and full registered
name required to enter classes for registered horses.
STABLING. Fifteen useable stalls survived the fire.
They are permanent wood construction 10’x10’ box stalls with solid dividers. Stalls will be assigned in the order
fully paid entries are received, with preference to out-of-town exhibitors. Bedding will be provided. Feed will not
be available. Saturday stalls are available from 4 PM Friday through close of the show on Sat. Sunday stalls are available
from the close of show Saturday through Sunday. No telephone reservations. NO CHANGE OF ASSIGNED STALL IS PERMITTED WITHOUT
SHOW OFFICE AUTHORIZATION.
WSH NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE. A horse owner or equitation rider/showmanship handler who is not a WSH Member
must pay a $6 Fee at each dual B-System Show. A horse owner entering equitation pays one fee. WSH membership cards must be
presented or photocopy with entry. We do prefer a photocopy.
